Nanjing Sanneng Instrument Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 as a joint venture company between NK Instruments Pte Ltd of Singapore and Chinese partners with paid-up capital of US$ 1.8 million. The company specializes in design, manufacture and sales of various static energy meters. After many years of development, NK Instruments Pte Ltd of Singapore purchased whole share of the company from Chinese partners in 2002 to establish solely foreign-owned enterprise named as Nanjing Sanneng Instrument Co., Ltd.
The company is located in Nanjing High & New Technology Development Zone, with a total working space of 5160 sq. meters. It has more than 300 staff, among which 108 are technical personnel and 20 are doctors, masters and senior engineers. The company adopts the system of responsibility of the general manager under the jurisdiction of the board. There are seven departments, two offices and one institute composing of the company. The production operation management is under control through internal network of the company.
