Since the foundation of our company, the high-end slitters, the large-scale high-velocity winding machines, metal-spraying machines, automatic line and automatic test line etc. have been imported successively from Japan, Italy, and Switzerland.
The production instrumentalities are state-of-the-art with internationally first-class products quality. The annual output of all types of AC Motor Capacitors is 30 million pieces taking the lead in this industry in China. There is a standard capacitor lab and calibration rooms for weights-and-measures gauges and test instruments have been set up in our company. The capacitor takes heavy-edge metallized Al/Zn film as electrodes and dielectric. The elements are tight winded by high-velocity winders and canned in aluminum cases. Refined castor oil is adopted as impregnation agent treated in vacuum and high temperature condition. Those make a more reliable performance and longer lifespan for a capacitor. Meanwhile the second generation of mechanical anti-explosion design is selected as blast-proof secure measure for our capacitors. The reliability is more affirmatively enhanced.
Applications:
Broadly applied to starting and running of AC single-phase motors at 50Hz(60Hz) frequency for family air conditioners and high power illuminators for the sake of power factor compensation.
The film is manufactured with high purity, high isotacticity polypropylene. It has high BDV, excellent mechanical strength.
Features:
By adopting the imported super high-purity capacitor-grade home-polypropylene resin, the film is made by biaxial-orientation tenter process.The film features excellent profile evenness, high BDV and high mechanical strength. The winded capacitors take on the characteristics of low dielectric dissipation and high insulation resistance.
Applications:
The film is specially used for capacitors after metalizing.
