OUR PRODUCTS MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
Compared with foreign similar products, ours have specialties as following :
1. LOW GLUE CONSUMPTION: tested and practiced by our customers, the unit consumption can be decreased 10~20 percent the present market exotic products and saved ￥2000~3000 RMB per metric ton glue as per present market price;
2. GOOD WATER-RESISTANT: tested by us and our customers, water-resistant more than 7 days in normal water and 15 days in ice-water without mark dropping but with good washing-off, greatly superior to similar foreign products;
3. GOOD MOULD-PROOF PROPERTY: tested by us and our customers, no mould in wet environment more than 180 days, greatly superior to similar foreign products;
4. FAST DRY: less than 45 s, the same to the similar foreign products;
5. FLEXIBLE SUITABILITY: suitable for all sorts of labelling paper and aluminium foil.
6. EXTENSIVE RANGE FOR DIFFERENT LABELLERS: can satisfy labelling speed at 12000~60000/hour. If necessary, we can quickly adjust our products according to different labellers, materials or customers' demands, thus to satisfy all the special requirements.
7. SAFETY: without stimulating on skin, non-poison, incombustible and no combustible gases vaporization, the real environment protection product;
8. MICROORGANISMS: tested by GUANGDONG PROVINCIAL HYGIENE & IMMUNATION STATION, no illness-caused virus contained and others far below the specifications outlined in HYGIENE STANDARD FOR BREWED WINE and HYGIENE STANDARD FOR FOOD (see appendix: copy of TEST REPORT BY GUANGDONG PROVINCIAL HYGIENE & IMMUNATION STATION);
