In order to achieve the international quality and production managing level, our sub-company, Sam Chang Machinery Manufacturing Ltd., located at Nan An, Fujian, P. R. China has been registered to ISO9001:1994 by SGS Yarsley ICS. Due to the growth and development need of the business, a new state of art factory is being constructed. The plant area is over 20,000 sq. meter that includes one block of office building with 5 floors and two 24x48 meter production factory.
