Beijing Huakangda Computer Application Technology Co., Ltd.(HKD) is a Joint Venture company. It was originally established by ABB Simcon, China National Chemical Information Center(CNCIC) and China SINOPEC Engineering Inc.(SEI) in 1994. In the beginning of 2002 ABB Simcon Inc. transferred all its shares to Beijing Shengdalan Science and Technology Inc. and Texacal International Inc. of USA, respectively. HKD provides dynamic process simulation, DCS emulation, process monitoring and prediction, automatic control and process optimization, ERP and E-Business solutions and services to petroleum, petrochemical, chemical and the other process industries.
