Silicone coated fiberglass fabric series
The products are made of fine fiberglass with excellent capacity of high temperature and corrosion resistance, coated and rolled with silicone rubber, which is a brand new product with good performance and multiple applications.
Features of PTFE fiberglass fabric:
1. Temperature resistance, it can continuously work under -70?C to 230?C
2. Weather ability: resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight and aging, long using life up to 10 years
3. Good electric insulator dielectric constant 3～3.2,break down voltage between 20～50KV/mm
Applications of PTFE fiberglass fabric:
1. Electric insulation: silicone rubber coated fiberglass cloth features high grade of electric insulation and bear a load of high voltage. It fits for making products like insulation cloth and sleeves etc.
2. Non-metallic compensator: used as pipeline flexible coupling, non-metallic compensator helps to avoid damage caused by heat expansion and cold contraction. This membrane material specially fit for use in industries of petroleum, chemical engineering, cement, iron and steel and energy sources due to its special features of temperature resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, and good elasticity and toughness.
3. Anti-corrosion sector: It is good to be used as inner and outer anti-corrosion layer featuring excellent corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and high strength. It proves to be an ideal anti-corrosion material.
4. Other: Apart from above application, it can also be used as sealing material, temperature resistant and anti-corrosion conveyer belt and packaging material.
PTFE adhesive fabric and tape
We use excellent imported material to produce various kinds of PTFE adhesive products in various specifications.
1. PTFE coated fiberglass adhesive fabric series;
2. Pure PTFE adhesive tape;
3. Silicone fiberglass fabric with adhesive backside, use silicone fiberglass fabric as basic cloth, silicone adhesive on backside, standard thickness 0.20mm, other thickness are available too.
4. Several other types of adhesive tape are also available such as PFA,FEP adhesive tape.
PTFE adhesive fabric and tape is well known as its smooth surface, non stick, chemical resistance and high temperature resistance and insulation prosperities, it is widely used in packaging, heat molding, laminating, sealing and electrical industries etc. PTFE adhesive fabric is enhanced by fiberglass fabric, which improved its tensile strength. It could be used in plastic molding except additional applications, it is reusable, easy to install.
