Eastro Handicrafts R & D Ltd., with nearly 200 skillful handicraftsmen selected from many applicants in the folk groups of Yunnan Province, is at present the only professional enterprise specializing in the production of wooden handicrafts with fully minor ethnic group features in China, which locates in the suburbs of Jingu County of Yunnan Province known as the home of forests and occupies an area of more than 2000 sq.m.. Wooden vases are the main manufacture of EASTRO with a variety of 200 or so. Every vase is made of first-class Mango wood and well crafted in the process of woodturning, carving and painting etc, representing the culture of original Dai minor ethnic. Therefore, its name, shape, colour, pattern are so special, delicate that they can taken as valuable collections and have been sold in Japan, America, Europe and other countries and areas in the world.
