Beijing Tsinghua Novel E&E Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is a joint venture sponsored by Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Novel Hi-Tech Investment Holding Ltd. with 25.33 million RMB. It is located at Science & Technology Park of Tsinghua University. E&E aims at benefiting both environmental protection and economic development and adheres to the policy of Novel Science and Technology. ?@E&E attaches great importance on research and development to get long term progress. E&E focuses on developing and manufacturing environmental protection products, designing and running environmental projects, researching, training and consulting on environmental technology. E&E also does many other business such as making use of the wastes.

E&E was transformed from Tsinghua E&E Environmental Engineering Co., which was the only specialized environmental protection company subordinated to Department of Environmental Engineering Tsinghua University.
