Guangzhou HUADE Automobile Spring Co., Ltd. Is a joint venture established by the Guangzhou Spring Factory, which has accumulated more than 40 years of experience of automobile spring production. The company has introduced sophisticated equipment from Italy, Switzerland, Japan, America and Taiwan. The first phase of capital input of the enterprise is US$ 10 million in 1993. ( with 51% of Hong Kong investment). The plant area accounts for 40 thousand sq.m and the major plant building accounts for about 10 thousand sq.m, which came into operation in 1995. In 1997 the plant was listed as the "double plus" project of the country, and therefore received a second phase investment of RMB ¥20 million. The company got the ISO9002 certificate in 1998.
