Yichang Hongyang Imp. & Exp. Corp., Ltd. is one of the leading producer and exporter of Rock Phosphate in China. It owns two mines in Yichang region, with output capacity of about one million metric tons per year, and has all the desired equipment for transportation and processing. From the mines, we transport the rock by our own truck team which owns 170 trucks at present. We take the original rock to our own processing plants at the river port. All these plants have fully covered storage warehouses with the capacity of 70 ,000 tons of processed products. From the plants we further transport the finished rock phosphate by conveyer belting system into barges directly. The loading rate at river port is about 5000 tons per day. Apart from our own berths ?A we can use other berths at river port, if need be, to increase the loading rate. The general company also has a shipping company with the transporting capacity of 24000 metric tons per voyage. And we can also rent other barges to transport the cargo along the Yangtze River down to Nanjing / Zhenjiang / Nantong port. The time taken for river transportation is about 7 days.
