Yunnan Flower Association Authorized by the People's Government of Yunnan Province, Yunnnan Flower Association (YFA) is an organization of economic cooperation which consists of voluntary enterprises and growers who engaged in the flower production, processing, marketing, research, storage & transportation as well as the manufacturer of flower related facilities and equipment. With a branch in Dounan, now YFA has 65 members that include most of the province's large -scale flower enterprises. By the year of 2000, the total cultivation area in Yunnan has reached to 414 ha.?A producing cut flowers of 1.3 billion stems and potted plants of 1 million pots with value output of 2.2 billion yuan and foreign exchange earnings of USD$5 million. Led by the Provincial Government, YFA is undertaking its function to provide its members with good services, connecting and organizing them as a whole force to advance Yunnan floriculture industry's standardization, integration and specialization.
