The Millers have installed state of art spinning machines like Rieter, Schlafhorst, Savio, Murata, SSM, Trutzschler, Cherry Hara, Zinser, Murata, Volkmann, Rite, Xorella, Sangrato and Luwa etc.The Mills are having Automatic Waste Evacuation system (AWES) connected with Blow-Room lines, Cards and Combers.
They observe strict quality control techniques and yarns conform to Uster 5- 10%. Their quality control laboratories are equipped with most modern and sophisticated equipments like UT-3, UT-4, UTR-4, Uster Tenso Jet & HVI-4000 series for Fibre testing, hairiness & Classimate-III. They have installed UPC-200F and Siro Contamination clearers on the Auto Coners and Rieter Vision Shield in the blow room.
The machinery for Gassed Mercerized yarns in both grey as well as dyed is from the renowned Italian makers like Jaeggli Meccanolessile for mercerizing, Loris Belini for dyeing, Alea for drying, Fadis for winding and Dorner, Germany for fabric mercerizing.
For technical yarns, manufacturers have collaborated with Du Pont, REIFENH?USER GmbH,BARMAG AG Heberlein jets from Switzerland helps produce intermingled/non-intermingled texturised yarns confirming to international quality norms.
