F. Lli Ruata Spa company is entirely owned by the Ruata family who has been selecting and trading the best Italian olive oils for three generations.
F. Lli Ruata spa owns the Ligurian GOCCIA DORO brand; its share capital amounts to 2.100.000 EURO and approx.12 million litres of oil will be processed during the year 2005.
F. Lli Ruata spa is located in Northern Italy, with headquarters in the old farm Fattorie Tenuta del Roero, a family estate specialized in the production of natural products grown in accordance with the most strictest principles of organic farming.
From its old and traditional seed cold-pressing mill, our Company has developed into the present modern production plant for seed and olive oil bottling and packaging, covering more than 9.000 sq M, and stock of oil in tanks greater than 3.500 tons.
Production lines fill glass and PET bottles 0.25,0.50,3/4,1,2 litre;
As well as 1,5,25 litre cans,213 litre barrels and 1.100 litre tanks.
Our production plant is technologically advanced and equipped with an automatic control system based on HACCP method to guarantee safety and hygiene.
Quality is our main concern; therefore rigorous quality control systems supervise all production phases.
Our control laboratory is managed by skilled chemical analysts who check all chemical-organoleptic parameters of raw materials and finished products. Production batches are examined to meet strict Italian and international standards. All our products comply with EU standards and are guaranteed by a Certificate of Analysis.
Product reliability as well as prompt and efficient service are our strongest points to satisfy the current demand of our customers.
Extra-virgin Olive Oil, Refined Olive Oil, Olive Pomace and selected ORGANIC and D. O. P. (Protected Origin) oils are the most prestigious products of our oil mill.
Grape-seed, oils are also available.
